Hold Space was born out of Rose's own journey of overcoming insecurities in gym settings.
Struggling with self-doubt and discomfort, Rose embarked on a mission to establish a supportive space for individuals encountering similar challenges. Four years ago, she began a journey to cultivate a routine that not only encouraged her to embrace exercising in the presence of others but also empowered women to feel confident and at ease throughout their fitness journey.
