  • In-person personal training at Marshall Recreation Center involves face-to-face sessions, providing real-time feedback, hands-on assistance with form, and a personalized experience tailored to your needs within the gym environment. Conversely, online 1:1 coaching offers the flexibility of remote training, enabling you to work out from any location at any time, with a customized program aligned with your goals and a daily workout tracker to keep you on track.

  • After submitting the contact form, Rose will promptly contact you to discuss your goals, tailor a personalized workout plan, and offer continuous support and accountability through various online communication channels.

  • Online personal training offers convenience, flexibility, and accessibility. You can work out anytime, anywhere, receive personalized attention from a certified trainer, and often at a lower cost compared to traditional in-person training.

  • The equipment requirements depend on your fitness goals and the workout plans provided by your trainer. Many workouts can be done with minimal equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or even just bodyweight exercises.

  • While Rose can offer general nutrition education and guidance, macro recommendations are currently not available. Rose is in the final stages of completing her degree in Dietetics, and we anticipate adding dietary recommendations and personalized meal plans soon. Stay tuned for updates!
